Ducato interior light covers

Hello all, saw an Adria Twin (ducato 2008) at the local dealer and it had two neat panels at the back where the standard rear light covers/vents are (the covers that you remove if you need to replace a bulb).

If any one knows what on earth I am talking about, are these available anywhere?

I suspect that they'll be manufactured by Adria and unavailable to purchase, other than at highly expensive spare parts rates, if they'll sell you them at all without ownership of an Adria.
